I started hairdressing when I was 16 years old.
Β At 19, I opened my first salon.
At the time, I had no idea where the journey would take me.
I certainly didn't see myself becoming an international educator, speaker, coach, or business owner.
What I did know was that I loved helping people feel more confident.
A few years later, my life changed completely.
I moved from Vietnam to Australia.
I couldn't speak English.
I didn't know many people.
And suddenly, I found myself starting over again.
Everything that felt familiar was gone.
I had to rebuild my confidence, my career, my network, and my business from the ground up.
There were many moments when I doubted myself.
Many moments when I felt uncomfortable.
Many moments when I wondered if I was good enough.
But those experiences taught me something powerful.
Confidence doesn't come first.
Action comes first.
Confidence follows.
As I rebuilt my career in Australia, I became obsessed with understanding why some people succeed while others stay stuck.
Why some hairstylists generate exceptional results while others struggle.
Why some leaders inspire confidence while others doubt themselves.

While working in a salon with a team of five stylists, I consistently generated over $1,000 revenue days.

That experience changed the way I viewed business forever.
I realised that success isn't about working harder.
