I didn’t start teaching because I wanted to be an “educator.”
I started because I saw a painful pattern in our industry.

Talented blonde specialists were doing high-level work—yet still undercharging, second-guessing themselves, and feeling anxious before appointments. Not because they lacked skill, but because consistency and consultation confidence weren’t guaranteed.

I know that pressure personally.

When a dark-to-blonde client sits in your chair—especially with box dye or previous bleach—the risk isn’t just technical.
It’s emotional.

One complaint can shake your confidence.
One unpredictable result can cost hours in rework.
And that uncertainty makes it hard to raise prices, even when your work deserves it.

That’s the hole I lived in.

Everything changed when I stopped relying on “good technique” alone and built a system that removed guessing. A repeatable way to diagnose, plan, and execute blonde work—paired with consultation leadership so expectations are clear before the first foil is placed.

That moment became my mission.
