When I moved to Australia,

everything changed. I had to start from scratch. My English was broken. Clients didn’t trust me. I was earning just $80 a day. I missed my kids’ holidays and felt invisible. I was the weakest stylist in the salon — and I almost gave up.

But I didn’t.

I invested half a year’s salary into mastering advanced techniques and confident communication. And everything changed.

I became a Hair Transformation Specialist, charging premium prices — $500 to over $1,000 per session. I built a six-figure career working just a few days a week. And most importantly, I regained my passion, my confidence, and my time with my family.

It wasn’t just me. I started training other hairstylists — including one immigrant with broken English, just like me. After learning my system, she built a six-figure business working only three days a week. Clients trust her, book her, and pay her worth.

That’s when I knew: this wasn’t just my story. This was a system other stylists and leaders could use to transform their careers, their salons, and their lives.

Today, I’ve evolved into an educator, business coach, and founder of two companies dedicated to helping others succeed:

• Premier Global Hair Academy — training salon teams to master high-income skills, boost confidence, and create loyal, profitable salons.

• Premium Client Experts Agency — co-founded with my husband Richie, helping business owners attract premium clients consistently.
