In This Free Checklist, You'll Learn:

#1 The consultation questions

I use to get crystal clear on what “creamy blonde” actually means to your client—so you’re both on the same page before the lightener goes on.

#2 My step-by-step assessment framework

For understanding starting points—including virgin hair, box dye and previous lightening—so you know exactly what you’re working with.

#3 How to check your sectioning, saturation and processing

So the lift is even—without discovering patchy spots at the basin.

#4  A simple toner selection guide

For roots, mid-lengths and ends—so you stop guessing and start choosing formulas that actually neutralize warmth.

Dieu

“This checklist makes it easier to organise my thinking before a blonde service. The six checkpoints are clear and practical, helping me assess the starting point and plan my next step with more confidence.”

Pari

“I love having a simple checklist to follow instead of jumping straight to choosing a toner. It reminds me to check the consultation, hair history and lift first, so I can make more informed decisions when planning a creamy blonde.”

A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey there! I’m Giang,

and I help hairstylists master creamy, brass-free blonde transformations through a clear, repeatable system—so they can increase their revenue without needing more clients.

Today, I charge $155 per hour, with transformation clients investing $600 to over $1,000 per appointment. I work three days a week and earn more than I did working six.

But it hasn’t always been this way…

When I moved from Vietnam to Australia, I spoke very little English and had to start my hairdressing career again. I worked longer hours, took on more clients and discounted my services because I was afraid of losing bookings. Clients compared my prices, asked for discounts and didn’t understand the value of my work.

Everything changed when I discovered that hairstylists don’t need more clients to earn more—they need to solve a bigger problem. I invested in mastering blonde transformations and developed a system that could take suitable dark hair to creamy blonde in one appointment while protecting the condition.

I created this checklist because confident blondes start with confident decisions. I want to help you pause at the right moments, assess clearly and choose your next step without guessing.

See you inside!
Giang ❤️
